Our parent organization, CyberSafe Foundation is seeking to employ a curious, enthusiastic, and administration savvy person to plan, develop and direct the execution of policies and programs as they relate to our initiatives and campaigns. This person will design programs and activities to keep all our pockets of volunteer communities engaged and informed and to ensure alignment with our mission and core values. The ideal candidate for this position is passionate about advancing cybersecurity and safety and has the vim and industry it takes to manage projects and synchronize roles. Is excellent at follow-up, breaking down programs to executable tasks, project management, organizing records and administrative tasks in general..
This is a full-time contract-to-hire role reporting to our Executive Director.
Responsibilities
• Servicing all the initiatives under CyberSafe Foundation and coordinating activities which include; planning, searching for data and resources and managing logistics for all projects, issuing a calendar and setting up meetings;
• Preparing, editing, and disseminating project-related reports and documents, including capability statements, cohort strategies, progress updates, timelines, etc., for approval;
• Identifying the resources necessary to achieve the organization’s goals and ensuring that the resources are directed where they are most needed in the organization;
• Monitoring government regulations and guiding public policy by staying up-to-date on the rules and regulations involved in providing federal or state public services;
• Developing management and admin tools that can be adapted across programs as needed, e.g., budget tracking tools, templates, toolkits, checklists, forms, etc;
• Implementing a cross-collaborative communications strategy between management, employees and volunteers;
• Facilitating stakeholder engagement and communicating key milestones and deadlines to ensure seamless execution;
• Doing all such things as are incidental and considered necessary for meeting any targeted purpose.
Minimum Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience in finance, administration, and management logistics and operations at an NGO, consumer product company or agency;
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including editing skills. Working proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Must be able to translate cutting-edge ideas into action with an aptitude for problem-solving and building thought-leadership;
• Must be an outgoing, warm personality who accepts feedback, iterates on a dime.
